By accessing, browsing, creating an account, submitting an order, purchasing a product, submitting content, or otherwise using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate, waive, or restrict any right, remedy, warranty, protection, or legal requirement that cannot lawfully be waived, excluded, or restricted under applicable law.

    2    The information you provide to us is accurate and complete;

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to enter into this Agreement on that person's or entity's behalf.

3. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice through our website, email, or another reasonable method.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, changes will apply prospectively to transactions and website use occurring after the revised Terms become effective.
Your continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, photographs, ingredient information, dimensions, quantities, prices, and other product information.
However:
    •    Product photographs may vary from the actual product.
    •    Natural ingredients may produce reasonable variations in color, scent, texture, appearance, and consistency.
    •    Packaging may change from time to time.
    •    Product formulations may change when permitted by applicable law.
    •    Website information may occasionally contain typographical or technical errors.
    •    Availability may change without notice.
A reasonable variation in a natural product does not necessarily constitute a defect.
The product label and packaging accompanying the product you receive should be treated as the controlling source for current ingredient and usage information.

5. COSMETIC AND PERSONAL-CARE PRODUCTS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tallow Mob products are intended for cosmetic, cleansing, moisturizing, conditioning, grooming, beautifying, or personal-care purposes.
Nothing on our website, product packaging, advertising, social-media accounts, or other marketing materials should be interpreted as medical advice.
Tallow Mob does not represent that a cosmetic or personal-care product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents a disease or medical condition unless the product is expressly marketed and legally regulated for that purpose.
Individual results vary.
No product is guaranteed to produce a particular cosmetic, aesthetic, or personal-care result.

6. PRODUCT CLAIMS AND INTENDED USE
You acknowledge that products must be used only for their intended purposes and in accordance with applicable instructions, warnings, and labeling.
You agree not to use, modify, combine, ingest, inject, or otherwise apply a product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling or intended use.
Information contained on our website is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have known allergies, or otherwise have concerns regarding the use of a product, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.

7. INGREDIENTS, ALLERGIES, AND SENSITIVITIES
You are responsible for reviewing the complete ingredient list before purchasing or using a product.
If you have a known allergy, sensitivity, or intolerance to an ingredient, do not use a product containing that ingredient.
Because formulations and labeling may change, always review the ingredient list appearing on the product you receive.
If you are uncertain whether a product contains an ingredient to which you are sensitive, contact Tallow Mob before use.
Where appropriate, we recommend performing a small patch test before applying a new topical product more broadly.
A patch test does not guarantee that an allergic or adverse reaction will not occur.

8. ADVERSE REACTIONS
If you experience irritation, an allergic reaction, or another unexpected or serious reaction, discontinue use of the product.
If you experience a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention.
You may report an adverse product experience to us at:
CONTACT@TALLOWMOB.COM
When reporting an adverse event, please provide as much information as reasonably available, including the product name, lot or batch information if available, date of purchase, date of use, description of the reaction, and contact information.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

9. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the products identified in your order.
An automated order confirmation means that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that Tallow Mob has accepted the order.
We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when permitted by law, including where:
    •    Products are unavailable;
    •    There is an obvious pricing, inventory, product, or listing error;
    •    Payment cannot be verified or processed;
    •    We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity;
    •    An order appears to be abusive or fraudulent;
    •    Shipping information is materially incomplete or inaccurate;
    •    The order violates these Terms;
    •    A technical or system error affects the transaction; or
    •    Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount actually charged for the canceled portion of the order.

10. PURCHASE LIMITS
We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, address, payment method, account, or order.
We may prohibit or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, commercial redistribution, automated purchasing, inventory manipulation, or other purposes inconsistent with our intended consumer sales.
Nothing in this section prohibits lawful purchases or restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted.

11. PRICING
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may correct the error and, where permitted by law, cancel or modify an affected order.
If an order is canceled because of such an error after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled order.

12. SALES TAX AND GOVERNMENT CHARGES
Applicable sales tax, use tax, duties, fees, or other governmental charges may be added to your order when required by law.
Tax treatment may vary depending on the customer's location, the products purchased, and applicable law.

13. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
You authorize Tallow Mob and its payment processors to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts expressly disclosed at checkout.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We may use third-party payment processors, including Shopify and other payment providers.
Your payment information may be processed under the applicable third-party provider's terms and privacy policies.

14. FRAUD, PAYMENT DISPUTES, AND CHARGEBACKS
We take payment fraud and unauthorized transactions seriously.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us promptly so that we can investigate the issue.
You agree not to initiate a fraudulent, knowingly false, or misleading payment dispute or chargeback.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized transaction or seek a remedy provided by law.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may provide transaction records, order records, shipping information, delivery information, communications, and other relevant documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in connection with a legitimate payment dispute.

15. SHIPPING
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows will be disclosed at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Unless expressly guaranteed, shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
    •    Weather;
    •    Natural disasters;
    •    Carrier disruptions;
    •    Transportation delays;
    •    Holidays;
    •    Incorrect addresses;
    •    Customs or governmental processing;
    •    Labor disruptions;
    •    Security events; or
    •    Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for the transportation and delivery process, although we will reasonably assist with carrier-related issues when appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

16. SHIPPING INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Tallow Mob is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we may contact you regarding available options and any additional shipping charges that may lawfully apply.

17. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Certain products may not be eligible for return after opening or use when restrictions are reasonably necessary for health, hygiene, safety, or other lawful purposes.
Any applicable return window, eligibility requirement, refund method, restocking provision, or exchange procedure will be described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms eliminates any mandatory refund, return, warranty, cancellation, or other consumer rights required by applicable law.

18. PROMOTIONS, COUPONS, AND DISCOUNTS
Promotional offers are subject to the terms presented with the applicable offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
    •    Discounts must be applied at checkout;
    •    Promotional codes may have expiration dates;
    •    Promotions may have quantity or purchase limitations;
    •    Promotional offers may not be combined;
    •    Promotional offers may be limited to one use per customer or household; and
    •    We may discontinue or modify a promotion as permitted by law.
We will not use promotional terms to retroactively deprive a customer of an offer that has already been validly accepted unless permitted by applicable law.

19. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING ORDERS
If Tallow Mob offers subscriptions or recurring orders, the applicable enrollment page will disclose the material terms of the subscription, including price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation information.
By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges as disclosed during enrollment.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain the required consent and provide required notices and acknowledgments.
Subscription cancellation will be made available through the cancellation method disclosed to you and in accordance with applicable law.
We will not make cancellation intentionally more difficult than enrollment where prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to discontinue a subscription program prospectively, subject to applicable law.

20. WEBSITE USE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
    1    Violate any applicable law or regulation;
    2    Attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
    3    Interfere with website security or operation;
    4    Introduce malware or malicious code;
    5    Scrape or systematically collect website information without authorization;

    8    Impersonate another person or entity;
    9    Submit fraudulent or misleading information;
    10    Abuse promotional programs;
    11    Interfere with another customer's use of the website; or
    12    Use the website in a manner that could reasonably damage Tallow Mob or its customers.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems, or other users, subject to applicable law.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Tallow Mob trademarks, logos, names, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, written materials, videos, illustrations, website designs, trade dress, and other content are owned by or licensed to Tallow Mob unless otherwise indicated.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written authorization.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

22. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, you may contact us at:

Your notice should contain sufficient information for us to identify the allegedly infringing material and understand the basis of your claim.
We reserve all rights available under applicable intellectual-property law.

23. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS
We encourage honest customer feedback.
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, comment, or other content relating to Tallow Mob or its products ("User Content"), you represent that:
    •    The content reflects your genuine experience or opinion;
    •    You actually used the product if you represent that you did;
    •    The content is not knowingly false or misleading;
    •    You have the rights necessary to submit the content;
    •    The content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights; and
    •    You have permission to submit any content depicting another person.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Tallow Mob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, distribute, adapt, and use that content in connection with Tallow Mob, our products, advertising, website, social-media presence, and other legitimate business purposes.
We may moderate or remove User Content for lawful reasons, including content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, irrelevant, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies.
We do not condition compensation or incentives on a consumer providing a positive review.
We do not knowingly create, purchase, sell, or distribute fake reviews or testimonials.
We do not knowingly misrepresent that a reviewer used a product when the reviewer did not.
Nothing in this section authorizes conduct prohibited by applicable federal or state law.

24. INFLUENCERS AND AFFILIATE CONTENT
Individuals or entities promoting Tallow Mob products must comply with applicable advertising, endorsement, disclosure, and consumer-protection laws.
If Tallow Mob provides compensation, free products, discounts, commissions, or other material benefits in connection with promotional content, appropriate disclosures must be made where required by law.
Tallow Mob does not authorize affiliates, influencers, or other third parties to make unsupported medical, therapeutic, disease-treatment, or other unlawful claims concerning our products.

25. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, shipping providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, social-media platforms, review providers, and other technology providers.
Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
Tallow Mob does not control and is not responsible for the independent policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party services.

26. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties.
A link does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or guarantee of the third party or its products or services.
Your use of third-party websites is governed by their respective terms and policies.

27. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend website functionality for maintenance, security, upgrades, technical issues, or other legitimate purposes.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

28. NO UNAUTHORIZED RELIANCE
Website information is provided for general informational and commercial purposes.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, we do not warrant that every item of website content is complete, current, or error-free.
You should rely on the product label and packaging accompanying the product for current product-specific directions, warnings, and ingredient information.

29. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TALLOW MOB WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALLOW MOB DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
    •    THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED;
    •    THE WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
    •    WEBSITE INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT;
    •    A PRODUCT WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT;
    •    EVERY CUSTOMER WILL HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE; OR
    •    THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT WILL BE FREE FROM HARMFUL CODE.
NOTHING IN THIS SECTION EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY WARRANTY OR CONSUMER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

30. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TALLOW MOB, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.

THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

31. INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tallow Mob and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, and reasonable expenses arising out of or relating to:

    5    Your infringement of another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; or
    6    Content you submit to us that unlawfully infringes another person's rights.
This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Tallow Mob's own conduct where indemnification would be prohibited by applicable law.

This provision does not eliminate consumer rights that cannot legally be eliminated.

33. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
Tallow Mob intends to operate in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
These Terms are intended to supplement—not replace—rights and obligations imposed by applicable law.
If applicable law grants you a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, that right or remedy remains available to you regardless of any provision in these Terms.

34. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or mandatory law applicable to the transaction requires otherwise.

Any arbitration provision, class-action waiver, venue provision, or similar restriction will apply only to the extent it is valid and enforceable under applicable law.

36. NO CLASS-ACTION WAIVER UNLESS LAWFUL
To the extent permitted by applicable law, claims between you and Tallow Mob may be resolved individually rather than as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
However, this provision does not apply where such a waiver is prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.

37. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or, if necessary, severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

38. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
Any waiver must be made in writing by an authorized representative of Tallow Mob unless applicable law provides otherwise.

39. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
